ISO9001 and AS9100 Implementation
We specialize in helping small company getting ISO and AS9100 certified and maintain their certification. Our ISO and AS9100 Registered Auditors visit your company and give recommendations on a certification road map based on the size of the company, your products and your processes. It is very important to start off in the right direction with the help from an experienced ISO Auditor, especially in ISO documentation development. We believe in developmenting a cost effective Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the basic ISO requirements, get certified and then improve it. You can hire our auditors just to get you started on the right track and then visit periodically to give you further guidance or perform internal audits.

Turnkey Solutions: For clients with limited resources, our consultants can design an implementation plan to meet your needs. We handle everything from gap audit, planning, training, document development, internal audit and pre-assessment audit, all the way to certification.

Internal Audit
There are different ways to meet the internal audit requirement after getting ISO certified. Big companies hire full time Internal Auditors, and small companies train some of their employees to conduct internal audits. Our Certified ISO Auditors can provide the training for your Internal Auditors. We can also conduct internal audit of your quality system and it is a cost effective way to satisfy the mandatory internal auditing requirement. You don’t have to train your internal Auditors and they don’t have to spend time preparing audits, reading the procedures, conduct the audit and write audit reports. We can perform the audit for you and the fee is based on the size of your company.

Gap Audit
Our ISO Certified Auditors will benchmark the current system against the standard and issue a formal report that provides feedback on the system's current state of conformance and identifies areas that require improvement to meet ISO9001 standard. The report is typically written off-site. During the audit our Certified ISO Auditors will give recommendations on a certification road map based on the size of the company, your products and your processes. It is a cost effective to find out if your Quality System is meeting the ISO requirements. Based on the report, you can develop or make changes to your ISO implementation plan.
