Tony is a part time ISO Lead Auditor with DNV, a leading international ISO Registrar. He conducts ISO, AS9100, AS9120, ISO13485 and ISO14001 registration audits throughout US, Canada and Mexico for DNV and other registrars. He has over 20 years of QA , ISO quality system implementation, ISO auditing and software program (CMMI) audit experience. Tony worked 13 years at Raytheon Missiles Systems and General Dynamics Space System. His work experience includes Senior Quality Engineer, Quality Manager and ISO Lead Auditor. He has experience in Foundry, metal casting, machining, metal fabrication, plastic molding, medical devices, defense electronics, electro/mechanical assembly, QA software development and CMMI software system audit. The Total Quality Assurance Statistical Software Package that he developed has been used by companies and Universities around the world.

Andy has over 20 years of Industry experience including executive management and has been providing consulting and training on management systems since 1994. During this time, he has worked with more than 100 companies on four continents and has performed over 500 ISO registration audits. Andy specializes in the implementation of integrated management systems combining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001. His industry expertise includes: Foundry & basic metals, telecommunications, semiconductor, instruments, plastics, machining, electromechanical assembly, general industrial, oil & gas exploration, automotive, defense and aerospace and the service sector. Andy is an accredited Business Advisor and member of the Institute for Independent Business. His Credentials include: IRCA Principle Lead Auditor, BSME, EMBA, and AInstIB. Andy is a registered ISO Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor and OHSAS Lead Auditor.
*Sam Sit
Sam is our California Consultant. He offers both technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Quality Management and Process Improvements based on 23 years of global experience in diverse industries such as food processing, machining, sheet metal fabrication, heavy machinery, pump and pump systems. Being nickname as a "Company Statistician, Quality Guru", Sam solved key customer complains and company-wide problems in several companies he worked for. A part-time consultant, he has been a corporate QMS auditor and ISO Management Representative for a global pump company HQ in Europe since 1997. His QMS audits and new supplier qualification & approval have taken him throughout China, Taiwan, Japan, Denmark, Hungry, Mexico and USA.

Carol Ng
Carol has extensive background in computer hardware and software developement and ISO implementation. She has a MS degree in computer science and close to 20 years experience working in the high-tech industries. She provides most of the ISO internal auditor training and assists our consultants in QMS auditing, quality management system document developement and implementation for our clients. She conducts software quality system audits and CMMI consulting.
